Today Ashagal solidfied plans to begin their second recording: a self produced short play disc that will run between four and seven songs. It will be a blend of the new music you may have heard us play live, as well as one or two historic pieces and at least one reworking of a song from A Moonlit Path. This will be a limited release disc that will bridge A Moonlit Path and our next full length recording. It is meant as a musical snapshot that not only brings to light the new material, but also showcases the talents of Cat on guitar (and possibly another instrument or two). The recording is scheduled to begin within the next two to three weeks. We are hesitant to announce specific days yet as we are still finalizing our schedules. But we will update you regularly here at the website on our progress, so check back often!
